3. Subscription Services and Billing

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Either party may terminate your subscription and account at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. Any pending cashback earnings may be forfeited if termination results from violation of these Terms. We will retain your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
